To the Retail Design Shop

I am available to design fresh or permanent flowers for the retail florist. If you need extra help for the holidays, for parties or weddings my services are just what you need. If you need permanent designs at anytime of the year I can usually accomplish this in a few days for you.

Booking is done in advance and can be done at any time prior to the event.

Fees are based on the length of time needed. Travel, lodging and meal expenses are in addition.

 

To the Wholesale Florist

To the Wholesale Florist I usually am hired to do Design Shows, Classes or for Display setup.

Design Shows can be weekday evenings or weekends. Your choice of times are perfect for me. For a weekday show I will need one day prior for travel and prep and an all day weekend show a travel day and prep day prior to the show are required in most cases. Subjects covered can be Everyday Design, Weddings, Prom, Sympathy, Holidays or just about anything you dream up.

With respect to classes this can be done on it's own or following a design show. The subject is your choosing and times are up to you. Classes usually require discussion so I can get a procurement list together for you and taylor the class to your specific needs.

I can be hired to do main displays or end caps in your wholesale house. Your product and ideas and we're on our way.

Fees are based on design time, travel and lodging costs etc.

For the Student & In House Tutoring

I have taught in national wholesale houses, for state associations, garden clubs and as a tutor in flower shops. I currently am an Instructor at the Teleflora Education Center in Oklahoma City.

Tutored classes are held in your shop for any number of designers. Classes are written as a specialized course based on your needs. The itinerary can be anything you would like. I will write the course objectives, plan and materials list. The most common course is a two day course, usually on a Saturday & Sunday with prep on Friday.

Fees are based on length of time needed to prep and teach, travel, lodging etc.

To the Event Planning and Interior Design Trade

I am able to travel to your location to help with large floral installations. I am able to purchase flowers for your event, coordinate a design team and complete the floral decorations for your event. I can be a design leader or a member of your team.

I currently help out in a few local furniture import stores doing their displays. If you have the materials I need to make the designs I can come in and get to work. I can also shop for you to select materials that would make the best designs in your location. I have experience with permanent designs for model homes and office buildings.

Design usually takes from one day to a week depending on the size of your location.

Fees are based on a per day fee. Travel, lodging, meals are in addition.
